摘要
Abstract
The reform of personnel system is the kern el of the reform of the inner management in higher learning institutions and t he difficult point of the reform. It is related directly to the inner stability and development of higher learning institutions. This article tries to inquir e into the three principles which the party committee should pay attention to in the reform of personnel system from three an gles, that is, from the viewpoint that the party committee persist in leading ca dres, follow the mass line and make teaching the center of the work.关键词
