Abstract
Based on the labeling c-myc-mRNA oligonucleotide with 99Tcm, the labeling compounds are entrapped with liposome. The results show that their radiochemical purity and specific activity are （96.5±3.5）％ and 2.0±0.5 GBq*g-1 for antisense oligonucleotides,(95.3±3.2)% and 1.0±0.2 GBq*g-1 for sense oligonucleotides , (94.9±4.5)% and 1.4±0.3 GBq*g-1 for mismatched oligonucleotides,respectively. Their stability is good.关键词
