Abstract
[Objective] The purpose was to study the effect of two mediums with different hormone concn.on tissue culture of Mozzie buster.[Method] With the tender stem of M.buster as explants, MS basic medium was used as the media by adding different concn.of BA and IBA.The proliferation and rooting culture tests were carried out on M.buster so as to research the effect of hormone with different concn.on proliferation and rooting culture of M.buster and screen the optimal medium for rapid propagation of M.buster.[Result] The hormone with different concn.had different effects on tissue culture of M.buste.The best proliferation medium for M.buster was MS+BA 0.5 mg/L, on which the explants got more proliferated number, strong growth vigor and sturdiness.The best rooting culture medium for M.buster was 1/2MS+IBA 0.3 mg/L, on which the test-tube plantlets got rooting rate of 100% and their roots were symmetry and thick.[Conclusion] Rapid propagation system in vitro for M.buster was established which laid a foundation for study on proliferation times, optimized combinations of medium and hormone and transplanting and hardening of test-tube plantlet, etc.关键词
