血清肺炎支原体抗体效价测定的临床应用

Abstract
Objective In order to investigate the application of its clinical study,mycoplasma pneumonia (Mp) antibody titers in patients were detected with SERODIA-MYCOII kit.Methods Patients' blood serum were collated and diluted for the times with Mycoplasma pneumoniae SERODIA-MYCOII kit produced by Japan's Fujirebio for particle agglutination test,and results were analyzed.Results The results of 1,164 cases,505 cases were positive (titer＞1:40),the positive rate was 43.27%.Below 5 years old group,the positive rate was 23.85%,and the antibody titers of 1:40 and 1:80 were predominant and its titers were lower.In 5 to 14-year-old group,the positive rate was 60.57%.In above 14-year-old group,the positive rate was 35.74%,and the antibody titers were more than 1:160.Conclusions SERODIA-MYCOII Mp in serum antibody titers with high sensitivity and specificity,repeatable,and other characteristics,it is worth promoting as a clinical laboratory screening Mp infection of conventional methods.关键词
