摘要
Abstract
In a case of virus, bacteria and parasites infection causing serious mortality of Epinephelus awoara cultured in net pens at Luoyuan, Fujian province, a kind of virus found in the spleen was considered as the main factor of the mortality． Under the electronic microscope, the virus is a polyhedron with a hexagonal section． The diameter of the polyhedron is about 200 nm． The appearance is similar to Iridovirus and Siniperca chuastsi virus． This is the first report of the infection of this kind of virus that causes serious mortality of Epinephelus awoara．关键词
