摘要
Abstract
The application of ABB UVISOR flame detecting system on boilers of 2～300 MW units in Henan Huarun Dengfeng Power Plant has been presented. Directing against the problems occurred in boiler operation,such as slagging on burners affecting the line of vision from flame-detecting probe, decreasing volatile content in fuel coal and low temperature of the primary air leading to lengthening the black zone of combustion etc. ,an optimization debugging has been carriedout for this flame detec-ting system. The optimization debugging shows that the said flame detecting system can more excel-lently satisfy the requirements in operation,if the automatic optimizing function of four-set parame-ters in MFD can be used,introducing the function of automatically calling different parameters into the system according to different loads.关键词
