The West China Development Strategy and Enterprise Management Innovation
摘要
Abstract
At the beginning of this paper，the differences between Chinese manage ment science and the world advanced management model were illustrated and the relevant causes were analyzed．Then the issues of management accumulation and management innovation were studied，and the conclusion was obtained that Industri al Engineering is one of the important technologies to realize management accumu lation and management innovation．On the basis of above，the Reference Model of Chinese M anagement Innovation was established through the study of Chinese situation as w ell as the comparison of Technology-Design model with Technology-Improvement mod el ．At the end，taking Chengdu Aircraft Corporation as anexample，the strategies of West China Development were discussed．关键词
