Kinematical Properties and Parameter Optimization of Separating-Planting Mechanism With Double Control Unit
叙述了一种高速插秧机分插机构--双控制分插机构的结构原理,其传动由曲柄摇杆机构和行星齿轮系组成,完成插秧所需的运动轨迹。同时建立了机构的运动学模型,利用VB平台优化结构参数,使其可适应南方早稻和北方小苗插秧,所研制的分插机构的工作轨迹、取秧角和插秧角与理论分析和优化的结果完全一致。
In this paper, a kind of separating-planting mechanism of high-performance rice transplanter, separating-planting mechanism with double control unit was introduced, in order to achieve the movement trace of transplanting arm, connected rod mechanism and planetary rod mechanism were used.
