银屑病皮损组织中角朊细胞凋亡与锌含量的关系
STUDY ON ZINC AND APOPTOSIS OF KERATINOCYTES IN PSORIATIC LESION
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between zinc and apoptosis of keratinocytes in psoriatic lesion. Methods Apoptosis of keratinocytes in psoriatic lesion and normal skin were measured by both terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediation dUTP-biotin nick end labelling (TUNEL) and flow cytometer. The zinc contents in psoriatic lesion and normal skin were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS). Results The zinc contents in psoriatic lesion were lower(t=4.31，P<0.01) and the number of apoptotic keratinocytes was higher than that of the normal skin(t= 4.02,4.53,P<0.01).There was a negative correlation between the contents of zinc and the percentage of apoptotic keratinocytes in psoriatic lesion(r=-0.423,P<0.05). Conclusion Zinc may play an important role in keratinocytes apoptosis in patients with psoriasis.关键词
