THE ANALYSIS OF TREATMENT RESULTS OF 161 CASES
ADVANCED GASTROESOGHAGEAL CARCINOMA WERE
TREATED BY ENDOSCOPIC TREATMENT
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the relieved rate and the relieved period of obstruction of advanced gastroespageal carcinoma,also to study the complications by endoscopic treatment for this patients.Methods:161 cases of advanced gastroesoghageal patients were observated after dilation,who were taken memory metalstens or taken local chemotherapy.Results:Th PR of carcinoma was about 90%,CR was about 2% in the patients who were taken local chemotherapy,although the relieve of carcinoma could not be obtained in the patients who were taken memory metalstens but the quantity of life was improved and the period of life of these patients was prolonged,one of the patients with stens had lived for about one year.Conclusions:After dilation,endoscopic chemotherapy could be used to treat effectively the advanced gastroesophageal carcinoma.The quantity of the life of the patients who were taken metalstens.could be improved and the period of the life could be prolonged.关键词
