Abstract
[Objective] The beneficial exploration of the future research on the systemic classification of goat breeds in China was provided through the analysis and determination of the Cytb gene sequence of Liaoning cashmere goat.[Method] In accordance with the nucleic acid sequence of mtDNA in GenBank issued, the cloning and sequencing of Cytb Gene in the Liaoning cashmere goat was done with a pair of primers designed in software system.[Results] The sequence length was 1 140 bp.The average content of four kinds of nucleotides: A, T, G and C was 31.8%, 26.8%, 13.2% and 28.3%, respectively, among which, the average content(58.6%) of A + T was significantly higher than the content (41.5%) of G + C.[Conclusion] In the research on and systemic development, the cytb gene was a very effective marking.关键词
