家蚕moricin基因家族的诱导表达
Inductive Expression of moricin Family in Bombyx mori
摘要
Abstract
[Objectives] The research aimed to study the inductive expression of Bombyx mori antimicrobial peptides moricin by various microorganisms.[Methods] The Bombyx mori was induced by 3 kinds of microorganism of BmNPV, JM109 and Agrobacterium LBA4404.The expression profile of moricin in Bombyx mori fat body was detected by RT-PCR.[Results] The results indicated that the expression of moricin B1 and moricin B3 gene was increased after induction.No distinctly difference in moricin A1 and moricin B2 genes.[Conclusion] Moricin B1and Moricin B3 may have antimicrobial active against E.coli.关键词
