微量量热法对细菌最低生长温度的研究

摘要
Abstract
The thermogenesis curves of bacterial growth of Escherichia coli, Staphyloclccus aureus, Staphyloclccus albus and Bacillus subtilis were determined. With these thermogenesis curves, the bacterial growth model at limited condition has been used to calculate the growth rate constant k, the deceleration rate constant β, the maximum times of bacterial growth M and the bacterial number k. The lowest growth temperatures T0 of bacteria have been determined with the growth rate constants of bacteria at different temperatures. For Escherichia coli, T0=7.75℃, for Staphyloclccus aureus, T0=6.18℃; for Staphylococcus albus T0=4. 63℃; for Bacillus subtilis, T0=7. 52℃.关键词
