摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the optimum extraction technique of total flavonoids from Herba leonuri by ultrasonic wave.[Method] With the content of total flavonoids as the observation index, the conditions for the extraction by ultrasonic wave were studied by the orthogonal experiment.[Result] The optimum extracting conditions were as follows: extracting for 30 min at 50 ℃ with 30 times of 80% ethanol.The ethanol dosage had significant effects on the results.[Conclusion] This procedure is convenient, appropriate and feasible.关键词
