啮齿类小动物异种心脏移植模型的制作及应用
The Preparation and Application of Heart Xenotransplantation Model in Rodents
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the xenogeneic heart transplantation model in operation of donor guinea-pig to recipient rat and observe the hyperacute rejection on it.Methods The graft aorta and pulmonary artery were anastomosed to the recipient abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava.Resulta 50 cases of transplantation operation were done with the successful rate of 96%.The mean survival time was (30±9) minutes.Conclusion The model is easy to prepare and is reliable and helpful for study of the mechanism of hyperacute rejection,for diagnosis,treatment and prevention of hyperacute rejection as well.关键词
