摘要

Abstract

The whole structure of the pressure converter is designedaccording to hydraulic pressure transmitting theory. The operating mechanism of the converter is expounded. The overall design principles of the main parts of the converter are proposed: the design of the superhigh pressure cylinder must be ensured to have enough strength to bear superhigh pressure and enough space to supply certain flow rate. The superhigh pressure pump should be designed on the basis of the bursting failure criterion. The moveable membranes are proposed, which separate the working oil from drilling fluid, to enhance reliability and operating life of the converter. The design of the membrane structure must see that the assembly of change valves should have the features of simple structure, rapid reversing speed and erosion resistance.
