Nursing main points for the patients during cesarean delivery combined with DIC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To approach the nursing main points for a patient during cesarean delivery combined with DIC. Methods 20 patients were salvaged successfully during cesarean delivery combined with DIC. And retrospective analysis was performed on these patients. Results A deep venepuncture tubing was important nursing intervention for successful salvage. Significant difference was found in flow rate between superficial and deep vein venepuncture ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusions To limit cesarean delivery combined DIC in early stage by observation, finding and treating in time as well as performing two vein venepuncture tubings was the key step in enhancing the salvage achievement ratio for these patients.关键词
