电解铝工业ERP方案的研究
Study on Tianyuan Aluminum Industry Group ERP/MRPⅡScheme
摘要
Abstract
Because there are many characters in aluminum electrolysis industry,for example,the product configuration is simple,the type of manufacture is various，and the manufacture control is difficult,the energy consumption is very high etc.,the paper presents ERP system structure of electroaluminum industry.Based on the MRPⅡtheory and technology,the system adopts the ERP theory which is very popular at present and combines the Internet technology.In addition,the system provides composition management model,energy management module,manufacture management module and so on.At the same time,the paper introduces the design idea of technicat composition definition and technical procedure definition，of electroaluminum process control,simulation，fault diagnosis，and of the combination of ERP with JIT.This system is being implenentated in Tianyuan Aluminum Industry Group,and achieves good results.关键词
