Abstract
This paper provides some new methods for packaging of medicine boxes by using a technological design of dividing the whole casing line into four transmitting sections, applying the frequency control, as well as utilizing photoelectrical sensors to measure location of medicine boxes and utilizing jogging switches to measure position of medicine boxes. The design in this paper can effectively increase the packaging speed of medicine boxes, and solve the problems of incorrect location of medicine boxes and high cost of medicines measurement in traditional system. The application result has shown that the system possesses some characteristics such as high control precision,steady and reliable running, and low cost. What is more, the system sufficiently meets control needs of the product line.关键词
