A NEW HYSTERESIS COMPENSATION METHOD FOR LOAD CELLS
摘要
Abstract
A new hysteresis compensation method is presented. After analyzing the characteristics of strain-gage based load cells under loading & unloading conditions, mathematical models are established. A solution to compensate the hysteresis of the load cell by software in the terminal is brought forward and is verified by the experiments. It is shown that the method is reliable and can effectively reduce the hysteresis.关键词
