外伤性脑梗塞的诊断与治疗
Diagnosis and treatment of traumatic cerebral infartion
摘要
Abstract
38 patients with traumatic cerebral infarction wereanalysised.The main causes of injury were traffic accidents（21 cases） and falls（10 cases）.The major regions of trauma were brain（26 cases） and neck（12 cases）.CT scan demonstrated that the positions of infarction were in basal nuclei and lobar.The stenoses of caratid arteries of 8 cases were found by carebral angiography.This indicates that the injury of neck artery is an importment reason of traumatic cerebral infarction.关键词
