Abstract
AIM: A new RP-HPLC method had been developed and was suitable for the analysis of paeoniflorin in Siwu Decoction (Radix Paeoniae Alba;Radix Rehmaniae Preparata, Radix Angelicae Sinensis;Rhizoma Chuanxion) (SWD). METHODS: Experiment was carried out on Alltima C18 Column and UV detector (230 nm). Acewas a good linear relationship between the concentration of paeoniflorin and area integral value in the range of 0.48-4.80 μg,r =0.999 4. The everage recovery was 98.8% with RSD 1.32% (n =5). CONCLUSION: The method is accurate, precise and reproducible for analysis of paeoniflorin in SWD. The result is satisfactory.关键词
