Changes and significance of thyrosine in serum of digestive ulcer with hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Objective：To investigate relation of plasma level of Thyroxine to degree hemorrhage， curative effect and prognosis in digestive ulcer．Method：Plasma level of thyroxine of 109 patients with digestive ulcer accompanied by hemorrhage were detected by RIA．Results：Significantly， the capacity of hemorrhage was positively related to plasma level of T3 and T4，actively to rT3．After conservative treatment，Plasma level of thyroxine shown normal in patients without hemorrhage．Couclusion：To detect plasma level of thyroxine is of great value to patient with digestive ulcer，So far as degree of hemorrhage，curative effect and prognosis are concerned．关键词
