Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of ET-1 ,TNF-α, E-SLT and IL-8 in plasma of 24 patients with lung contusion.Methods:Double antibody sandwich quantitative ELISA method was used to measure the concentration of E-SLT, and radioimmunoassay (RIA) were used to measure the concentration of TNF-α ,ET-1,and IL-8 in 24 patients with lung contusion and 10 normal control subjects.Results:Compared with those in normal compared group, the plasma concentration of E-SLT, ET-1, TNF-α and IL-8 in lung contusion increased significantly, there were also significant difference of the concentration of ET-1,TNF-α,E-SLT and IL-8 in 24 patients between pretreatment and post-treatment.Conclusions:ET-1,TNF-α,E-SLT and IL-8 might play an important role in lung contusion caused by lung edema.Assay of ET-1,TNF-α, E-SLT and IL-8 is very useful to observe advance of lung contusion and judge therapy effect. 关键词
