碱性多糖吸附剂对血脂吸附行为的X-射线光电子能谱分析

摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the adsorbing behaviors of natural alkalescent polysaccharide for the blood fat in the serum is discussed,serum,cholesterolCHO and triglycerideTG titer being the adsorbate. Active group for the absorption can be found according to the changes of photoelectron binding energy of carbon,oxygen and nitrogen by comparing the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopiesXPSs of the samples absorbing titers with that of original sample.-NH2 with peak value at 398.9eV generates chemical shift according to the XPSs of the samples adsorbing serum,CHO and TG,and the same to -OH with peak value at 523,4eV according to the XPSs of the samples adsorbing CHO and TG.And the -NH2 group on the molecule chain of adsorbent is the active center to adsorb the blood lipid.关键词
