Abstract
Ten-day-old healthy ducklings were injected with gelatinase of Riemerella anatipestifer(RA) by jugular vein and some blood parameters of the ducklings were detected at 3, 6, 9 and 12 hours post-injection. The populations of red blood cell (RBC), white blood cell(WBC) and lymphocyte(LT) were much lower, the activities of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT), glutamic pyruvate transaminase(GPT), alkalin phosphatase(ALP)and the concentrations of total cholesterol and glucose were much higher than those in negative control group and blank control group. The results showed that the gelatinase of RA affected some blood parameters of ten-day-old duckling.关键词
