妊娠期高血压疾病426例临床分析
Clinical analysis on 426 cases of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the methods of reducing pregnancy-induced hypertension in patients with complications and improving maternal and fetal prognosis. Methods: To analysis 426 cases of obstetric deliveries in patients with preg-nancy-induced hypertension disease and the maternal and child birth complications in our hospital from August 1997 to August 2007. Results: The number of local pregnant women who participated in prenatal care for pregnant women was sig-nificantly higher than the exotic pregnancy (P<0.05); The incidence of disease in non-productian unit patients with hyper-tension disease was higher than the total production Unit (P<0.05); Unit production in severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia paticnts's premature delivery and caesarean section rate was higher than the incidence of the unit production (P<0.05), but post-partum haemorrhage, FGR, perinatal complications such as the incidence of death was obviously lower in the unit that did not check (P<0.05). Conclusion: To strengthen prenatal and pregnancy care.Regular monitoring,early treatment,and timely termination of pregnancy have positive meanings to reduce maternal complications,to reduce maternal and child mortality, maternal and to protect child health for diseases of preguancy-inducod hypertension.关键词
