深圳市1983～1999年性病艾滋病流行趋势分析

Abstract
Objectives To describe the epidemiology of STD/AIDS in Shenzhenfrom 1983 to 1999.in order to provide scientific reference for prevention and treatment policy.Methods newly reported cases of STD/AIDS were analyzed in Shenzhen from 1983 to 1999. Result ①Before 1985,the incidence of STD in Shenzhen was in a low level under 10.53/100000,but it increased rapidly in a average rate of 2.53 from 1986 to a highest level (339.44/100000)in 1989,until 1990 it decreased to 158.46/100000 and maintain a high incidence level of 158.46/100000～327.76/100000.②Every year the STD reported incidence in Shenzhen was always higher than the average incidence of the whole country,and keep a same pace with the STD incidence of the whole country.③The STD incidence of men is always higher than that of women every year;there was a incidence peark at those sex activitors of 20～40 years old married persons and those patients with middle culture degree;the major vocation of those patients were workers,official unemployed persons ,eating-servers and selfemployed persons.④Gonorrhea is a superiority STD,the incidence and formation of syphilis increased fastest,the HIV infectors increased rapidly in recent years.⑤The foreigners occupy 57.93%;and the majority transmit way was unmarried sexual intercourse.Conclusion The prevalence of STD/AIDS are still increasing in Shenzhen,and we must strengthen the prevention and control work关键词
