白斑综合症病毒(WSSV)在对虾养殖过程中传播途径的调查
INVESTIGATION OF THE TRANSMISSION ROUTEDURING THE ARTIFICIAL CULTURE OF SHRIMPS WITH THE WHITE SPOT SYNDROME VIRUS

Abstract
In order to detect how the shrimps were infected by white spot syndrome virus in ponds under the condition of artificial culture, we investigated and sampled the ponds in which the shrimps had been infected by pale spot, significant results were obtained by the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technique. Positive results were got in Penaeus chinensis, Penaeus japonicus and Palaemon carinicauda, and the positive rate was related to the degree of infection,crabs weren't positive, fish and one kind of benthos——clam worm weren't positive, either. Opossum shrimp which belongs to zooplankton didn't show to be positive, the copepoda was detected positive results by PCR technique. It indicates that copepoda is one of the intermediate hosts of pale spot virus of shrimps and the virus is spread from virus-carrying copepoda to crustaceans, which baits copepoda such as shrimps et al..关键词
