慢性精神分裂症下丘脑的形态学观察

Abstract
Objective To study the pathogenic mechanism of SZ.Methods Hypothalamus tissues in bodies of 3 cases with SZ were observed on electron microscope and optical microscope.Results Denatured necrosis occurred on the surface of hypothalamic periosteum with no cells and there was a large amount of starchy bodies and hydrops in foci with angiectasis of choroid plexus and necrosis and calcification in tunicaintima of vesicles,and mitochondria in the nerve synapse disappeared and part of anteroposterior membranes were blurred.Conclusion The functional component in nerve synapse of hypothalamus decreases in cases with chronic SZ,which indirectly suggests that activity of noradrenalin,5-hydroxytryptamine and monoamine oxidase are reduced.关键词
