益肾固本汤治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床观察
Clinical observation on treating chronic nephritic proteinuria with yishenguben decoction

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Yishenguben decoction on chronic nephritis proteinufia. Methods 44 cases of chronic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups: a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the treatment group was given Yishenguben decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment. Both groups were treated for a therapeutic period of 3 months. The level of urine protein and serum albumin were detected before and after the treatment for 24 hours. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group was 86.36% and 54. 54%, which shows significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions With the treatment of Yishenguben decoction for patients with chronic nephritis, the urinary protein level was reduced, the serum albumin level was increased and the clinical symptom was significantly improved.关键词
