摘要
Abstract
Twenty food samples from an open market near the Yucai Campus of Guangxi Normal Univer-sity in Guilin,China were examined for the. presence of Salmonella and Escherichia coli O157: H7 usingSalmonella Rapid Test Kits (Oxoid,Inc.) and Visual Immunoprecipitate (VIP) assay (BioControl sys-tems, Inc. ). Of these,eleven samples were presumptively positive for Salmonella and four were presump-tively positive for E. coli O157: H7.关键词
