TiC增强Fe3Al基复合材料的显微组织与力学性能
Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Fe3Al Matrix Composite Reinforced by TiC Particles
摘要
Abstract
Fe3Al matrix composites reinforced by TiC particulate wereproduced by using in-situ reaction technique. Microstructure observations show that the addition of TiC particles can refine the microstructure and is beneficial to the deformation processing. In the Fe3Al matrix the TiC particles have very high thermal stability and they can increase the thermal stability of the composite greatly. A series of test on the property of the composite shows that the addition of TiC particles to the Fe3Al matrix results in remarkable increase of strength and creep resistance at both room and high temperatures and a certain decrease of ductility at room temperature.关键词
