On the Invalid Contract System in the New Contract Law
摘要
Abstract
Through the establishment of the invalid contract system stipulated in our country's contract law, the power of the country can, in the form of law, regulate and standardize the contract-related freedom right in the field of private law in proper time and proper places. This will be of great significance to the protection of the lawful rights of the clients and to the keeping of the social economic order. Through the analysis of the invalid contract system in the new contract law, the article analyses the system's features and types and points out the necessity and importance of setting up the invalid contract system in our country.关键词
