REAL TIME VIBRATION SUPPRESSION OF SMART ROTOR FOR ADAPTIVE FILTERING FEED FORWARD CONTROLLER

Abstract
The objective of this paper is to look for potential use of filtering feed forward control strategy for real time active vibration control of a helicopter using smart rotor concept. The difficulty to obtain the reference signal for the controller in practical applications is overcome by using the rotating signal of the rotor as the reference. The novel non-contact signal transmission method is investigated for reliable multiple dual directional signal transmission between the rotary rotor and the fuselage to construct a closed loop vibration control system. Experiments are carried out to validate the strategy, the signal transmission method and the smart rotor concept. Finally, how to select proper parameters for efficient control is discussed based on the experimental results.关键词
