补中益肾丸质量标准的研究

Abstract
Objective:To establish the method for quality control of Buzhongyishen Pills.Methods:Poria was identified by microscopic inspection, and radix salvia mihiorrhiza, radix astragali,radix angelicae sinrnsis by TLC. The sample solution was prepared by saturated flow solid phase extraction. The content of peoniflorin in Buzhongyishen pills was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic column was ZorbaxSB C18> column(4.6 mm×l50 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was composed of methanol, acetonitrile, and 0.025% aqueous solution of phosphoric acid (2:13:85). The flow rate was 1 ml/min. The de-tection wavelength was 230 nm. Results:Tbe method of identification was simple and good specificity. The routine method was applicable in the microbial inspection of Buzhongyishen Pills. The qualitative analysis of Peoniflorin was accurate and reliable, and its linear correlation was satisfactory in the range of 0.120 to 1.200μg. R=0.999 8. The average recovery was 99.4%. RSD was 1.70%. Conclusion:The standard established has good applicability, and the quality can be controlled.关键词
