摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the composition and synthesizing procedure of dental zirconia toughened alumina all-ceramics composite powder. Methods: Composite powder was prepared from raw materials of different size and purity, according to different formula and synthesizing methods including co-precipitation method ,precipitate-wrapping method and mix method. Function of composite powder made with different preparing methods is compared synthetically. Results: Composite powder having a large proprtion t-ZrO2 having a size of 0. 5μm was made with precipitate-wrapping method. Conclusion: In general, the precipitate-wrapping method was better than the other two methods
