新肾显像剂99mTc-TTHA的制备和生物分布
THE PREPARATION AND BIO-DISTRIBUTION OF NEW KIDNEY IMAGING AGENT 99mTc-DTPA

Abstract
Labelling condition with 99mTc and kit preparation oftriethylene-tetraminehexaacetic acid (TTHA) are preliminarily studied. The bio-distribution of TTHA kit is compared with that of DTPA kit. The best condition of TTHA labeling in neutral solution (pH=6～7) is found, and the labeling yield is above 98%. Bio-distribution studies in mice show that the behavior of TTHA kit and DTPA kit is very similar. But compared the data carefully, 99mTc-TTHA is a littler better than 99mTc-DTPA. Further study is needed. 关键词
