摘要
Abstract
The detail processing for preparing the xylanase from sp.E-86 strain is investigated. The relationship among the fermentation time to the xylanase activities, and the pH of the xylanase solutions are discusses. A method of preparing xylooligosacchrides from corncobs is introduced. The corncob powder was treated with 2% NaOH solution, and then degraded to xylooligosacchrides by the xylanase of sp-E86 strain. The variability of the xylooligosacchrides' degree of polymerization (D.P) under different enzyme reaction times was studied. The TLC results showed that the main components in the products are xylose and xylobiose.关键词
