摘要
Abstract
BOT construction delivery method is still widely utilized in today's world. However one third of the proposed projects are given up in the midway. One reason for that is either the project promoter lacks the necessary decision making knowledge or lacks the important control ideas in mind when implementing the signed contract,especially in the financial aspect of BOT project task. Nine critical financial success factors are identified in this paperto aid the promoters and all other participants of the BOT projects in selecting and driving the project to a success.关键词
