摘要
Abstract
At the beginning of Tang Dynasty, because of the long-term chaos caused by war at late Sui Dynasty, mass exoduses emerged, land was barren, productivity suffered severe damage, agricultural production nearly lied in a dead state.To stabilize social order and restore agricultural economy, the hierarchy of early Tang Dynasty led by Li Shimin carried out a series of policies such as encouraging reclamation, reducing taxes and corvee, simplifying the law, as well as alleviating the punishment.关键词
