Determination of Imazaquin Residues in Rice by Solid-Phase Extraction and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (SPE-HPLC)
摘要
Abstract
An analytical method was built to determine imazaquin residues in rice.Imazaquin was extracted by methanol contained formic acid.pH value was adjusted to carry out liquid/liquid distribution, most matrix effect factors was removed by using BondElut Plexa PCX solid-phase extraction cartridges.The determination was taken by HPLC system equipped with ultraviolet detection.The recovery rate of this method was 83.9%-94.6%, the precision was 2.8%-3.1% and the minimum detectable quantity was 0.005 mg/kg, which can satisfy the need for determining the imazaquin residues in rice samples.关键词
