低聚木糖液脱色的工艺研究
Study on Decolorizing of Xylooligosaccharides
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The purpose of this research was to optimize technics conditions of decolorizing of xylooligosaccharides.[Method] The effects of 4 types resin and activated carbon on decolorizing of xylooligosaccharides solution were investigated,and the absorptione quations of the better adsorbents were compared.[Result] The results showed that the resin LSA-8 and activated carbon performed better; the absorption of coloring maters in xylooligosaccharides solution to these adsorbents accorded with Freundlich absorption equation.Through the research of the process conditions on decolorizing ,the optimum condition for decolorizing of xylooligosaccharides solution with the resin LSA-8 was 70 ℃,pH value 6,time 2 h,92.35% of the coloring maters was removed and 26.61% of sugars was lost.[Conclusion]The study will provide the theoretical guidance for selecting decoloration absorbent.关键词
