Abstract
The study introduced the activity and isozyme of pyruvate kinase,and discussed the metabolic regulation of pyruvate kinase.Then it analyzed the effect of pyruvate kinase deletion on plant,and the genes of rice isozyme kinase were retrieved.关键词
