颅内动脉瘤破裂出血患者的护理对策
Nursing Countermeasures for Patients with Rupture Hemorrhage of Intracranial Aneurysm

Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing countermeasures for the patients with rapture hemorrhage of intracranial aneurysm. Methods 28 cases with the rupture hemorrhage of intracraniai aneurysm treated in our hospital from January 2004 to January 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 2 cases were operated by operative approach of pool, and 6 cases were operated by pterion approach. 25 cases received the operation of aneurysrn neck occlusion, and 7 cases of them were with the operation of aneurysm wrapped-up, 2 cases with simple wrapped-up and 1 cases with interruption on artery of aneurysm. All of the patients were followed up for 2 months to 3 years, 20 cases were in good health after operation, 5 cases were handicapped in midrange, 1 cases was handicapped heavily and 1 case was dead. Conclusions The preoperative nursing, postoperative nursing and the care for complications can effectively improve operative ef-fect and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
