烟草黑胫病菌的拮抗根际细菌的筛选
Screen for Antagonistic Rhizobacteria of Phytophthora nico ti anae on Tobacco
摘要
Abstract
Thirteen tobacco rhizospere soil samples were colle cted from healthy plants in he avy disease plots. After isolation and purification, 753 rhizobacteria (RB) were obtained. By paring culture on PDA, 98 antagonistic RB (ARB)to Phytophthrora nictianae (98Pn022) were screened. These antagonistic RB strains were used as a biocontrol agent against black shank in the greenhouse experiment. The results showed 20 strains from 98 strains had a good control effect (40.3%～79.3%).Amon g of them, 4 strains' relative control efficiency were all above 75%, better tha n that of compared chemical fungicide. Some ARB can promote tobacco seedling grow th in the greenhouse.关键词
