摘要

Abstract

Aim Transient temperature field′s factors of solid rubber tires are studied, temperature rise law is analyzed, and some advices are given for tire design. Methods A heat generation rate′s mathmetical model, 3-dimensional mechanical and thermal analysis model is developed, the transient temperature field is studied with FE analysis software. Results Temperature rise is affected lightly by velocity, load, convection cofficient and structure dimension, and affected strongly by conduction cofficient of the tire ruber. Conclusion Reseanable rubber material and structure design are useful to longthen solid rubber tire′s life.
