叶面喷施硒对水稻幼苗生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响
Effects of Foliage Spraying Se on Seedling Growth and Anti-oxidant Enzymes of Rice
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The purpose was to explore the effect of Se on physiological mechanism of rice.[Method] The foliage spraying Sodium selenite with different concentrations on seedlings, the height, fresh weight, dry weight of the third leaf, SOD and POD activities were determined to value the effects of Se on the morphology and the anti-oxidant enzymes.[Result] The results showed that Se could enhance the SOD and POD activities, but Se with high and low concentrations inhibited the height and weight increment of seedlings.With the application of 0.50 mg/L and 1.00 mg/L Sodium selenite on seedlings, the rice leave yellowed and white-spotted.[Conclusion] Regarding the Sodium selenite spraying on rice seedlings, the concentration of 0.25 mg/L was suitable for agricultural production.关键词
