Effects of Cu and Cd Stress on Soil Catalase Activity during Wheat Growth
摘要
Abstract
Pot test was taken to study the effects of single and combined pollution by Cu and Cd on CAT activity of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil in different growth stages of wheat. The results showed that the CAT activities of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil showed increasing trend before heading stage of wheat, the maximum value of enzyme activity appeared in heading stage or maturity. The CAT activity of rhizosphere soil was higher than that of non-rhizosphere soil under single and combined pollution by Cu and Cd.关键词
