摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to study the anthocyanins extracted condition from Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.[Method] The gradient experiments of single factor were made by choosing extracting reagent,concentration of extracting reagent,extracting time,extracting temperature and proportion of material-liquid.[Result] By single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimum condition of extracting was as follows: the extracting reagent was ethanol,the concentration was 80%,extracting time was 30 min,the temperature was 40 ℃,the proportion of material and extracting reagent was 1:12.[Conclusion] The experiment provided the basis for extracting anthocyanins in large scale.
